With the rapid deployment of DRM (Digital Radio Mondiale) digital radio system in many places around the world, receiving DRM digital radio programs in cars is also receiving more and more attention. Gospell GR-500 car tuner module is a digital radio solution specially designed for car stereo.
The module supports DRM digital radio reception on medium wave, short wave and FM bands, and is also compatible with analog AM/FM radio reception, which can directly replace the original analog radio module.
The module adopts car grade components and is designed to work in UART or I2C slave mode, and can accept commands from the car stereo host controller. This module can be used to quickly upgrade the existing car stereo to support DRM digital radio, bringing users a high-definition radio program experience, while providing features such as multi-program selection, graphic multimedia broadcasting, and emergency warning functionality.
